hello, I am in search of a good ol fashioned raw fruit style cake. I work at a place that has a lot of delicate eating types and it seems that more and more folks are asking for super healthy and raw desserts on my menu. So if by chance you can forward any creative ideas that would be very helpful....thank u.

Hey.....you couldn't by any chance send me the final version of the article? I would like to post it up on the blog if that's alright with you :)

I have the original version, of course, but would love to post up the edited version. I'll lead into the article by saying it was published in the winter edition of Purely Delicious magazine and post a link too.

Hi there! I love dabbeling in raw foods!!! I really need to invest in a dehydraytor and good juicer! I love making desserts tho. Maybe I will post some pics! some time. I worked with a lady who was 100% for a while so I learned alot from her and got to try alot of her yummy food too!

Which one?? LOL.....I have several but am not pursuing any at the moment. Actually, I'm spending the month on a lake in Northern Ontario :) Just enjoying my kids :)

Come August I'll get my butt in gear again. I've scrapped the cookbook idea all together though. I'm not sure where I want to take FoodSpark, if anywhere. I'll be focussing on my practice and the best way to help people.
