hey, i like your philosophy for diet and exercise! i don't know much about the Zone though, but I believe it involved 40-30-30 (protein-carbs-fat)? am i right?
Pushing my snowboarding towards a professional level here in Whistler. One year into serious fitness (March 2008) - the best of my life by far. And I've improved my diet, but I haven't yet transformed it and put into practice what I've learned. This spring is the time. I'm going to do the Zone prescription. And in the meantime, I'll keep training hard and learning more. I believe that CrossFit + Zone diet = the best overall health and fitness result compared to anything else I've heard of. Sheer power and vigor seems to be the surest way, for those with the courage for it.
