Do you think you might be intolerant to something you're eating? Sometimes that can make you hold weight. Are you bloated or gassy?
Are you retaining water?
Make sure you are eating enough of the "good" fats. From nuts, olive oil, fish etc... It has been found that a diet with insufficient fat can lead to high sugar cravings.
Tips from me:
PLAN AHEAD: plan your meals, plan your exercise. For me, that means making all my food for the day the night before, so I don't eat anything except what I had planned. Making time for exercise. It is an appointment.
Journal: everything you eat: write it down! You'd be amazed how it helps
Balanced meals: I eat 5-6 smaller meals a day, which are a combination of carbs, protein and fat. I can't eat any other way now and love it! I'm always eating every 2-3 hours. I'm not saying this is what you have to do but it works for me, especially because I love to eat.
Theres so many other things I could say... I could write a book. But I really believe you should start journaling what you eat. It'll change everything.
