- What I love most about nutrition is learning everyday that nutrition is not only about eating healthy food and exercising but about the things our busy schedules have gotten in the way of us truly experiencing...love, gratitude, embodiement, passion, joy, expression...nutrition is all about creating your life in a way that is authentic to you and excites authenticity in those around you. I love it!

- Everyday is a day for me to learn, evolve and express my true being and although I am not entirely there I'm getting there! I'm a graduate of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I am a current student of The Institute for the Psychology of Eating and The Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy. I'm in the process of launching my healthy counseling/life coaching practice dedicated to women in their 20's-30's. My quarter life crisis story (yes I have one!) is featured in the book "The Quarter Life Manifesto" by Christine Hassler.

I'm only a member of Goddess Network NYC because I'm the organizer for the West Coast Branch in California. I relocated. Perhaps our paths will cross in person one day until then we have our virtual presence. It is a pleasure seeing you again.
