If you don't mind me asking, what type of behavior was improved and what is the protein source that you incorporated into breakfast?
My son's behavior has benefited recently from an increase in protein in the mornings. It has also been recommended that we try putting him on a casein - gluten free diet. Is this not counter intuitive?
