- I'm an undercover kid disguised as a grownup. I love to have fun, laugh, dance, learn, grow and experience life to the fullest. I'm married to another undercover kid named Rick, tho he takes life much more seriously than me ;) I love him with all my heart and soul, and together we have 5 furry kids (2 dogs, 3 cats) and a gray feathered friend from Africa. We all live happily together in a big house in the west end of Toronto, and we all enjoy eating well, playing outside, working for ourselves and others, and taking time to enjoy each other's company and the company of our friends and families.

I'll be doing a cleanse myself in a couple of weeks when I get back from vacation.
Did you exclude fruit entirely as well? Or just refined sugars?
