Cyclone Nargis Devestates Burma

Maybe this doesn't really have to do with food, but maybe it does since people are desperate for food and water now in Burma.

Burma is close to my heart as I have been the chef of three different hotels over there since 1999 and have many friends over there whom I am not sure what has happened to.

We are hearing now that the death toll is probably around 150,000 people although nobody seems to really know. The number of homeless people is also unknown. There is extreme lack of drinkable water… Continue

Monsanto The Whole Story....

For those of you who are interested in what this company is doing to our food and our world this is a really excellent documentary done by a French lady. It is long but it is really worth watching. I just can't believe what this company is doing.

I knew it was bad but I didn't know that they created Agent Orange, aspartame and PCBs
