What about nutrition interests you?

I'm particularly interested in the myths most Americans are living under! I believe our bodies were created with a specific dietary regimen intended to fuel and replenish. But, our society is swamped by bigger, fatter, unhealthier foods and obesity is rampant! I'm frustrated with the high cost of better foods and like to "Think Green"... but even that process is costly! I love to hear from others who have successfully transitioned into a "better way" of living, both nutritionally and environmentally.

About Me:

I work as a nurse in Dayton, Ohio and run a busy family of 3 boys alongside my husband of 6 years. I'll be returning to school this fall to obtain my Master's in Nursing.... currently undecided where I want to "land" when I'm finished. But, I am passionate about unconditional love and caring for others... so I think that's a good start. =)
