Hi Erica,
Thank you! I actually do not have it posted anywhere, but if you are interested in the recipe I would be more than happy to email it to you. It's actually a recipe from a vegan cook book, 'You Won’t Believe It’s Vegan' by Lacey Sher and Gail Doherty. Feel free to email me at marianne@healthyinnerbeauty.com if you would like the recipe.

I will be travelling with miss Lila-Jolie, who is a quite a busy little chatter box, and a funny bright light. Cole and India are in kindergarten! and will stay with Lee and our au pair Kathleen. I will be mostly at my parents, in Toronto for easter, a friend's in milton.... I am trying to see people without travelling around too much. I have become quite lazy about travelling far since i nestled myself into the mountains out here. I was practicing yoga about ten hours a week when Lila-Jo was conceived. Lots of mediation and standing on my head goin' on. Lee and I had left a very small window for the third child to come into our life... and we sort of thought that it probably wouldn't happen. I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was about 9 weeks. My whole pregnancy unfolded seamlessly, without worry, practing yoga all the way through, I also worked with an ayurvedic practitioner to help prepare for her birth. I just really felt that she was a gift from the divine. My labour and delivery was incredible, natural and just spiritually mind altering. It's hard for me to say much more without sounding a little 'nutty'. I'll just say that I pushed for 20 min. for her to come out. There was a peace and presence in the room I can't quite explain during this time. I just feel really blessed to of had Lila-Jo's birth experience after some of the difficulties I went through during Cole and India's pregancy and birth. And that experience was special to me too, but in a very different way. Lila is sanskrit for 'god's divine play' Sometimes the hindu gods will watch down on us plotting away on our path through life, smilling and chuckling about how we think we have our life all mapped out. Then they shout 'Lila' and with that shout they shift our lives in a totally different direction.
Tell me about your pregnancy, girl, boy, delivery date, excitement. Any differences this time?
I will be back between the 4th and 14th of April. It doesn't look like I will be going up to muskoka. My friend sue is going to meet me in Barrie - I think maybe on the Thurs. Such wonderful news Erica. Congratulations. My second pregnancy was such a spiritual experience compared to my first. I wish you a beautiful journey. How exciting for Jonah too. There must be a great deal of excitement in your family right now. cheers, melissa
