Really? I know it sounds crazy, but it's hard to argue with this science or the scientist. I'm reactive hypoglycemic and can really tell the difference in the stabilization of my blood sugar as well as the fact that my pants are getting looser! Hm...

What about nutrition interests you?
I want to be healthier at 60 than I was at 30. We get one shot with one body and my goal is to make the most of it. I strive to fuel my body instead of feed it. While food was given to us by our Creator to be enjoyed, it was never meant to be abused as we tend to do in our society. However, I don't personally feel that we need to deprive ourselves of certain foods; rather just enjoy them in moderation.
About Me:
I enjoy health and wellness, exercise and spending time with my family. I have 3 very active children who love sports and a husband who also enjoys working out and lifting. We believe in natural nutrition - not that hyped up stuff you hear about at the stores. I have access to amazing botanically based nutritional products that have just blown us away in terms of what they have done for us. I would love to share these ideas with others in this forum.

Hi, Beth! Thanks for sending the friend request! I apologize if it went unanswered for a while. Life has been a bit hectic of late, but I think it should be winding down some soon. Sounds like we share an interest in nutritional medicine! I used naturopathy, homeopathy and herbals to treat my son's asthma and the underlying heavy metal problem that caused it. After years of medicating arthritis and reflux...I found that his diet got rid of my troubles as well. In North America...we simply have to stop thinking that what is "average" for this population is in any way definable as "normal"!!

Hi Beth,

WOW! I feel the same way about your comment of being healthier than at 30. I am so happy to hear you and your family believe in natural nutrition. My wife and son are of the same mind set. We are both in our late 40's and have the energy and bodies of people in their late 20's. I also am involved with a business which provides incredible nutritional products and educational programs. My mission in life is to help as many people as I can. It is about balance in your diet and supplementation to give our bodies the correct amount of nutrients it needs. I could type an hour long paragraph on what the isotonic nutritional supplements have done for our family. The most important to us was getting our son who was diagnosed at 14 with Chrohns disease totally prescription drug free. Of course this was totally contrary to what the medical doctors told us was possible. I am currently out their talking to health professionals with our Nutrametrix line of Nutraceuticals. We are gradually educating health professionals on the power of nutrition. As you already know it is a slow process but we are making great strides. Keep up the good work with your endeavors and lets continue our common belief in helping people.

Thanks Beth and I am so glad you "get it"! The importance of hydration and wellness is something I found very interesting and prompted me to learn more about "The Water Cure". Then finding out that water isn't as bioavailable as it needs to be, I started to look for solutions. That's when I found the Stirwands. Our lives have been so enlightened with this knowledge and I feel it is important for everyone to understand how important hydration is to our health. We bought a set to start and then with the incredible results, I had to start sharing (and selling) them! Do you have any questions about them?

Hi Beth. I enjoy your passion. My wife and I have 1 child and live with the identical belief you and your family does. I also am involved in a nutrional business probably a competitor but as long as we can changel one life at a time we are making strides. Continue your strong beliefs and I also know when I am 65 I will feel like and look like I am still 45. Keep up the good work.
