Trends
In our times the trend towards some kind of organic production is prevalent. The new-again habit of 100 mile dieting is influencing the way we must think about production and transportation specifically. Everyone eats, and this is a fact that will not be changing any time in the foreseeable future. What will be changing is the way we consider the amount of excess energy that goes into our day to day lives as the supply of natural resources becomes more tightly controlled.
