I feel great after doing a cleanse.....although I feel horrible the first couple of days. Afterwards I feel energetic but calm at the same time. I'm also much for focussed and able to deal with stress. I am SO much more patient with my kidlets too.
Raw cacao truffles.
A great glass of spinach, sunflower sprout, pineapple and tangerine juice.
A great workout (such as playing beach volleyball)
Music. Cuddling with my pets or hubby.
Flowers. Well, just about everything! WOOT!!!
Hmmm....this is a great question and I too will hope to draw inspiration from other posts. For me, feeling productive is a big one. Cuddling with my daughter. Going for a jog with my dog. Doing random good deeds. Sharing a glass of wine with a good friend.....good start?
SUNSHINE. and i'm very thankful that here in good ole louisiana it's getting close to 70 degrees on this bright, gorgeous sunny morning. :) erica, i don't know if you're on facebook, but there's a group there just getting started called 'the grateful cup' that may give you some more inspiration - check it out! :)

We've had FAR too many grey days and way too much snow this winter. Not that I don't love the snow too......I've just had enough is all. I am grateful that it's February though......not too much further to go until spring.
i know! i almost feel guilty for being able to wear a t-shirt in the middle of winter, haha! it really was a great day - my husband and i brought our dog to the park, sprawled out in the grass, and soaked up some rays - i could almost feel my body's vitamin D factory kicking into high gear. ;)
and yes, even here we've had too many rainy, nasty days with no sun - so much, in fact, that i'm about to purchase a full-spectrum light box to help brighten up my mood in between sunny days.
